Nigeria has more children out of school than any country on earth

18.3 million children in Nigeria are not in school — 10.2 million of primary age and 8.1 million of secondary age. Of those, 7.6 million are girls.

Most of these children are not out of school because they cannot learn. They are out of school because of a school fee, a uniform, a set of textbooks — barriers that are small to us and absolute to them.

What we do

We go into underprivileged communities, teach practical skills to children and young adults, and help students stay in school. Then we help them sell what they make.

Our programs

Why it lasts

Products made in our training programme are sold online — and 100% of those sales fund the next cohort. Your gift does not just pay for one class; it builds the one after it.

Shop with purpose

Buy what our trainees make

Every item in our shop was made by a trainee in our skill empowerment programme — crochet sling bags, scrunchies, adire fabric and handmade ankara books.

100% of these sales contribute to future trainings. When you buy, you are not just getting something handmade — you are funding the next cohort of young people.
